Live it or let be.

As a leader, every one of us experiences different types of situations and conditions. Our journey through different positions and our own life puts us under a constant test. We may live through extremely difficult moments and act in non-optimal ways, yet what makes the difference, is our capability to remain positive, create trust, and learn together with the people around us. How should we lead our own mindset to maximize our effectiveness as learning leaders and organizations?

We can activate the dialogue with you also on an individual level. Realizing the sensitive nature of these aspects, we would like to see every leader thinking about the following questions:

21. Myself – do I feel loved and does this balance show?

22. Others – do I want to work for the success of others?

23. World – am I open for where our world is going to?

24. Meaning – am I contributing to a sense of purpose?

25. Mystery – do I leave space even for the unknown?

We do not want to enter this Mind sector without exploring first some of the previous sectors. When we get to know each other better, you may also want to discuss the personal aspects of being a leader and growing as one. In many ways, this sector is the number one enabler for both the leader and the organization that she (he) is leading. It is the core of a learning leader.
