Elevating the organization

For the change to scale up, leaders need to stimulate taller and taller waves of change. Based on the five enabling sectors (Core, Path, Digital, Force, Mind) and related questions, we summarize the different levels of leadership impact as follows:

Ensuring leadership provides good working conditions. Climate is supportive, experts are listened to, and the internal dialogue is open. Use of modern digital tools adds to this social cohesion. People appear well balanced in most situations.

Stabilizing leadership is visible in business being profitable. Organizational structures are clear, ownerships are strong, and teams are target-oriented. Digital tools enable effective mobile work. People help each other to succeed better at their work.

Coaching leadership makes both businesses and people grow. The common story is well shared and internal cooperation works fine. Individual development at work is valued and promoted. Organization benefits from strong partnerships and drive for renewal.

Amplifying leadership creates services that attract both experts and customers. Customer service works seamlessly and the digital tools are best in the market. Energy of people and purpose of work can be immediately felt when entering the company.

Peaking leadership creates an organization that outweighs external conditions. Speed comes naturally and the soul of the work is present everywhere. Digital technology is used to break the limits. Organization fearlessly explores new opportunities.

All impact levels are important, and in any new leadership context, the leader needs to start with the basics and gradually reach out higher.

It may be interesting for you to examine the above-mentioned characterizations and think about your situation now. You may also combine this with the self assessment that you can find in the next section.
