Lead it or lift off.

Every organization wants to be proud of the top management’s capability to operate and lead at different altitudes. And the same goes for the customers, partners and stakeholders. When top management is capable of building bridges, a strong sense of soulfulness can be experienced, both inside and outside the company. It is based on leaders understanding the business and enabling the organization to use its full strength in the market. Which are the characteristics of such a coherent, fully committed force?

We can coach leaders to strengthen their effectiveness. Before that, we would like you to examine the following questions:

17. Doing – do we truly understand the work of the doers?

18. Enabling – do we manage to improve the conditions?

Especially new leaders of a specific organization or its particular unit have to find the right way to get a good grip. The startup track is crucial, as the leader needs to get to know the organization and find the best medicines. There is typically a high top-down pressure to take many things fast to a new direction; however such expectations may sacrifice the success of a leader if not properly balanced. A combination of active and clever leadership is required to energize the whole organization on a demanding evolution or revolution path.

We call this sector the Force, because the true force is the force of the whole organization, not that of the leader. This enabling sector is crucial for the leader to earn the trust of the people – the most important capital of all.
