Transit or turn it.

Whether transforming businesses proactively, or making a turnaround after encountering serious problems, a path has to be found for getting onto a successful track. The usual top-down approach is to get everybody understand why, how and what to do and when. We endorse the opposite by presuming that the answers already do exist within the organization. In effect, the focus is on a dialogue and enabling factors for change. In this way, a sustainable foundation will be built for the evolution – or even for a revolution. How can this path be formed?

We can help you in painting the road forward. To accomplish this, we would like you to first ask yourself the following questions and give your immediate impressions:

6. Supportive spirit – do we promote an open dialogue?

7. Solid structure – are the critical ownerships clear?

8. Simple strategy – does everyone experience clarity?

9. Seamless service – does the customer feel good?

10. Sustainable speed – do we sense progress?

Our idea is that the speed of a successful change is a result of focus and clarity, as opposite to a requirement or target to be delegated to others. In the management team, absolutely everyone needs to understand the potential urgency of change, but a demanding change cannot be simply delegated into doings. It has to be lead by creating the necessary preconditions and understanding, and be stimulated by a constant sense of progress.

For the road forward to be clear, leaders need to paint it simply and communicate it with passion. When the direction is right, the change is possible. This is the essence of this enabling sector that we call the Path.
